As veterans of the home improvement industry and remodeling professionals, Dave, Lori and Tony Cummings founded Granite One because of their commitment to doing what’s right. Dave began his career in the home improvement industry in 1987 in replacement windows and moved to interior renovations in 2007. In 2009, Dave and Lori launched from the basement of their home what is today one of Kansas City’s largest home remodeling companies.
The company’s excellent work quickly built its reputation as a remodeler of choice. After a decade of ownership, Dave and Lori sold their shares in the company and Granite One opened its doors.
Granite One offers a full line of granite and quartz products, ideal for commercial home developers and DIY-ers alike. Conveniently located in Grandview, MO, Granite One strives to provide superior customer service throughout the course of every project. From initial planning through final installation, customers can expect thorough communication.
Home remodeling expertise runs in the family. In addition to Dave and Lori’s home remodeling background, Granite One customers benefit from son Tony’s vast knowledge of granite and other stones. His decade of work in the granite industry has taught him to strive for excellence and precision from fabrication through installation. All three share a heart for their customers and a focus on doing great work for their clients.
